Congratulations to Mike Lum on his NCAA Division 3 World Series assignment. Mike has been an umpire in the Department of NY American Legion Baseball Championship Tournament for many years.  He will be the crew chief again in 2019, marking his third consecutive year in that role.  Mike is from the 7th District (Rochester area).
